How long you have
60 days from the day your SoilSense delivery arrives. The trial applies to your first SoilSense order.
What we refund
Everything you paid for SoilSense: the yearly rental, or the hardware and the app & connectivity fee if you bought. The original shipping charge isn't refunded.
Sending it back
Return shipping is on us: we email you a prepaid return label. Send back everything you received, complete. Normal wear from installing it in the soil is fine.
How to ask for a refund
Email contact@soilsense.io within the 60 days with your order number. No questions asked. We refund to your original payment method within 14 days of receiving the hardware back.
If you keep it
A rental renews every year. To stop, cancel with two months' notice before the renewal date. If you bought, the hardware stays yours and the app & connectivity fee renews every year for each station.
This trial comes on top of your legal rights as a consumer and doesn't limit them.
