Soil-moisture sensors (capacitive)
The programme explicitly names capacitive FDR/TDR probes. The SoilSense probe is capacitive → the technology the programme names.

KPO · Rolnictwo 4.0 — precision agriculture
Poland's "Rolnictwo 4.0" (KPO) programme funds precision-agriculture equipment, including soil-moisture sensors — it explicitly names capacitive FDR/TDR probes and wireless sensor-network systems. The SoilSense probe (capacitive) is exactly that technology. We're currently between calls — leave your details and we'll alert you when the next one opens.
Rolnictwo 4.0 reimburses the purchase of precision-agriculture equipment and software. Eligible items include soil-moisture sensors and decision-support systems — you buy listed equipment and get a share of the cost refunded.
In the last KPO round, support reached about 200,000 zł per beneficiary at roughly 65–80% reimbursement. These are last-round figures — the next call's amounts and terms will be confirmed when it is announced (ARiMR rules).

Water balance and a recommended irrigation dose adapted to crop and soil.
Interoperable data exchange with farm-management systems.
The programme rewards data and input reduction, not automation — controlling irrigation manually from our data is enough. Today SoilSense provides the soil-moisture monitoring (the technology the programme names); the dose engine and interoperable export are in development.
Rolnictwo 4.0 / PS WPR calls open periodically and there is no open precision-ag call right now. Leave your details: we'll alert you when the next call opens and prepare the monitoring part with you.
You apply with an advisor (ODR or a grants advisor); we supply the soil-moisture monitoring part and the equipment selection. We'll put you in touch.
Start using SoilSense now with a 60-day risk-free field trial — full refund if it doesn't deliver value. Your setup is ready to slot into the grant when your window opens.
